Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order up until the order has begun the fulfillment process. Once an order has been fulfilled (either picked, packed or shipped) the order can no longer be cancelled.

Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

MHC Medical Products, LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notification. Upon change, New policy will be communicated to all direct customers.

This policy supersedes all previously published policies.
